WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS
Our accessories come with a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Repair is free of charge, provided that:
- The customer presents the purchase receipt and it has not exceeded 2 months from the date of purchase.
- Damages are not due to improper use, breakdowns, or accidents.
- The piece has not been modified or altered by a third party.

In the subject line, please write “repair or warranty,” include your name and invoice number, and attach a photograph of the accessory. We will contact you within 2 business days.
Note: In the case of gold-plated pieces and if you wish to renew the plating, we provide a renewal service and shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
