Our History
Torre D Plata was born from a deeply personal journey. Its founder, Rocio Plata, began creating jewelry as a response to living with fibromyalgia—a condition that led her to seek
calm, balance, and healing through creative expression. What started as a way to reduce stress soon became a form of therapy, where designing, shaping, and crafting each piece helped transform pain into presence and intention.
With a lifelong passion for fashion and unique design, Rocio discovered that jewelry could be more than adornment—it could carry meaning, emotion, and purpose. Through this process, Torre D Plata emerged as a brand devoted to creating authentic jewelry that connects the
inner world with outward expression.
Founded in March 2016 in Cali, Colombia, Torre D Plata is a reflection of Rocio’s multidisciplinary background as a business administrator, fashion designer, jewelry designer, and educator. Each creation embodies her essence—merging artistry, symbolism, and mindful intention—inviting others to experience jewelry as a personal ritual and a powerful form of self-connection.

Amor de Madre
“Focused on designing jewelry with a story, the first collection called ‘AMOR DE MADRE’ was born from there, gaining participation in the III Summit of Women Entrepreneurs, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of Cali, Colombia.
This was the beginning of a beautiful love story for what we do.”

Continuing with natural stones such as amethysts and quartz, the ‘MENSAJERO DE DIOS’ collection was created in 2017, innovating through its designs the colors of Angels and the gems that represent them; having the opportunity to be showcased on runways.
Ondas de Mar
At the end of 2017, the ‘ONDAS DE MAR’ collection arrived, winning the ‘Jewelry Talent 2017’ contest held in Spain. During this inspiration, a jewel was born that led us to participate in Cali Expo-show 2018.
Símbolos
Torre d Plata, with its ‘SÍMBOLOS’ collection, participated in the 2019 IV International Edition ‘Breaking Borders Contemporary Jewelry’. Jewelry with meaning.
Mística
At the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, we introduced the ‘MÍSTICA’ collection. We started it with a board inspired by mysticism and focused on fauna, the moon, and the stars, which bring different concepts over the centuries according to Hindu culture, ancient Egypt, Christianity, ancient Greece, India, and China, confirming the mystery and characteristics of these animals.
